Job Title: SAP SD Functional Consultant
Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

•  Understand business requirements related to Sales and Distribution processes. 
•  Configure and support SAP SD processes across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. 
•  Work with: 
  •  Sales Order Processing 
  •  Pricing 
  •  Availability Check / ATP 
  •  Credit Management 
  •  Delivery 
  •  Billing 
  •  Output Determination 
•  Support returns, refunds, customer claims, intercompany, third-party, and drop-shipment processes. 
•  Participate in functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and issue resolution. 
•  Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements. 
•  Work with ABAP developers for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows. 
•  Support integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules. 
•  Assist with documentation, configuration records, and user training. 
•  Provide functional support for production issues and change requests. 

Required Skills & Experience

•  2–4 years of experience working with SAP SD. 
•  Hands-on understanding of Order Management, Pricing, Billing, ATP, and Credit Management. 
•  Good understanding of SAP SD configuration. 
•  Experience or exposure to SAP S/4HANA. 
•  Understanding of integration with modules such as: 
  •  MM 
  •  FI/CO 
  •  PP 
•  Exposure to EDI, IDocs, or API-based integrations is an advantage. 
•  Experience preparing functional specifications and test scenarios. 
•  Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. 
•  Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 
•  Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
