Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive the full business development cycle — from cold outreach, lead qualification, and demos to negotiation and sales closure. 
  • Plan, execute, and monitor product launch campaigns in collaboration with marketing and leadership teams. 
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to GTM strategies. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-ups. 
  • Take initiative to explore new channels for lead generation and business expansion. 
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, delivery, product) to ensure alignment across all BD efforts. 
  • Maintain accurate reports in CRM systems and track progress against sales targets. 
  • Learn quickly from feedback and be willing to experiment, iterate, and handle failures constructively.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • MBA with specialisation in Marketing. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written). 
  • Strong passion for sales, client engagement, and business growth. 
  • High level of motivation, ownership, and a proactive mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 
  • Comfortable with market research, data-driven decisions, and structured follow ups. 
  • Resilient, adaptable, and willing to embrace challenges.
