Responsibilities

  1. Technical Leadership: Architect scalable solutions, guide team decisions, and ensure robust system design. 
  2. Hands-On Development: Contribute to backend and frontend codebases, optimize databases. 
  3. Team Management: Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative culture. 
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams. 
  5. Performance Optimization: Enhance application scalability, security, and resolve technical issues.

 Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field. 
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years with Node.js and Angular/React.js. 
  3. Skills: RESTful APIs, microservices, responsive UIs, SQL Server, MongoDB, AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes. 

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. 
  • Ability to work in an agile/scrum team environment.
